Artistic Journey Overview

During the turbulent times of covid, to keep myself busy I picked up a brush painting my neibourhood in Aro Valley in Wellington. This filled me with curiosty to explore the visual language of painting. After looking at many master works of oil painters such as Jeremy lipking, Monet, Issac Levitan at 22 I was sold that I had to make a dramatic change in my life. This took me on an artistic journey where I learnt at the Melbourne Art Academy, Figura in Paris, Patrick Okrasinkis Patreon and the Odd Nerdrum school in Norway. These various schools framed my understanding of the world of paint.
